- What size tent do I need for my guests?
- A seated dinner at round tables needs 12 to 15 square feet per guest, long banquet tables 10 to 12, and a standing reception about 8. Add a dance floor at 3 square feet for 40 percent of the guest list. Our free tent size calculator works it out and gives you the stocked sizes that cover it.
- Can it handle multi day installs?
- Yes, and that is the point. Stock is held across the whole window from install to strike rather than only on the event date, so a tent going up on Thursday for a Saturday wedding is unavailable from Thursday.
- How should I price delivery for tents?
- By distance band rather than a flat fee, priced on the round trip, with a minimum order value that rises with the drive. A flat fee overcharges the customer eight minutes away and quietly loses money on the one forty minutes out.
- Does it help plan the crew and the route?
- Yes. Every delivery and pickup on the day lands on the Routes screen, where you split them into trucks and put each in the order that keeps every window, and each truck gets its own pull sheet.
