Agreements signed and stored
A signature on a page nobody read is worth very little, and a signed PDF in an email folder is worth less two seasons later when a claim arrives. The agreement and waiver are filled from the order, signed before the booking is confirmed, and stored where the booking is.

What it does
Everything it handles
- The rental agreement and waiver filled from the order itself, so the equipment list, the dates and the address are already right.
- Signed on the customer's own phone, by drawing or typing, on a page that needs no login.
- A signing record kept with the document: name, time, IP address, device, and a SHA-256 of the exact text that was shown.
- The signed PDF stored against the booking rather than in an inbox, in a private bucket only your business can reach.
- A booking cannot be confirmed while a required document is unsigned. That is refused in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
- Templates you edit, versioned, so a document signed last year still shows the wording that was actually agreed.
- Confirmation email on booking, logged so you can see what was sent and when.
