Routes and the driver's phone

A Saturday is won or lost on the route. Every delivery and pickup on the day lands on one screen, you split them into trucks, and the planner puts each truck's stops in the order that reaches every party inside its window. The driver gets that route on their phone, with directions, the customer's number and what comes off the truck.

What it does

Everything it handles

  • Every delivery and pickup on the day in one list, taken straight from the bookings, so the route and the calendar never disagree.
  • Optimize puts a truck's stops in the shortest order that still reaches every stop inside its window. Being on time comes first, and a pickup always comes after its delivery.
  • Drag a stop, or move it to another truck, when you know something the planner does not. The planned times update as you go.
  • Planning is included and costs nothing per use. Planned times are a guide worked out from straight line distance, not live traffic, and the screen says so.
  • A pull sheet for each truck, in the order it drives, with the load held up against the truck's payload and cargo space.
  • Add your drivers and invite them. Crew see the routes they drive and nothing else about the business.
  • The driver's phone: directions, a call button, what to unload or bring back, unsigned paperwork and any balance owed, then one button at a time: on my way, I'm here, set up.
  • Photos of the set up, the pickup or any damage, stored privately with the stop.
  • When the driver sets off, the customer is told the truck is about how many minutes away, and the order and the route update on their own.
