Booking, checkout, delivery and the weather call, in half a minute. Tap for sound.
What the video shows
- Saturday is almost fully booked.
- 40 bookings this weekend, 12 bounce houses out, 3 trucks on the road, and 0 double bookings.
- Never promised twice: a booking that lands on a taken date bounces off, moves to a free one, and is held while the customer checks out.
- Book, sign, pay: the customer books from their phone, signs the rental agreement and pays the deposit.
- Routes on the driver's phone: the truck drives its stops in order, and the customer sees it is about 20 minutes away.
- Weather watch: Saturday's gusts pass the business's 15 mph limit, the date is flagged no go, and one tap moves the party to a calm Sunday and texts the customer.
- Rentopus: booking, delivery and payments for party rentals. Start free, 14 days, no card.

How it works
Three steps to your first online booking
- 1
Add what you rent
Items and packages, prices by rental length, and how many of each you own.
- 2
Publish your booking website
Your catalog, delivery zones and town pages, on your own address.
- 3
Take bookings that check stock first
Customers pick a date and time, see only what is free, sign the agreement and book.
Availability
Stock is checked before anyone can book it
Every booking runs through the same check, from your website or from the widget on your own site. If the units are gone, the booking does not go through.
- Turnaround time between rentals counts, item by item.
- A package counts against every item inside it.
- A customer's items are held for 15 minutes while they finish checking out.
- A unit taken out of service comes off the calendar until it is back.
