Inflatable and bounce house rental software

Bounce house rental is a delivery business, and the two things that go wrong are a unit promised twice and a Saturday route that runs long. This handles both, plus the paperwork the business actually needs: a signed waiver with the wind rule in it, and a record of the surface you found when you arrived.

Built around how inflatable rental actually works

  • Quantity based availability with turnaround time between jobs, so a unit booked Saturday morning is not offered for Saturday afternoon unless you allow it.
  • The setup surface is asked for at checkout and recorded on the order, and a booking is refused when the surface found does not match the surface quoted.
  • Waiver and rental agreement filled from the order, signed on the customer's phone, with the name, time, IP address, device and a hash of the exact text shown.
  • A booking website on your own domain with a page per town, generated from the inventory you already keep.
  • Delivery zones priced from real road distance, with a maximum distance so a job 55 miles out does not quietly eat a morning.
  • Blockable stock for maintenance, so a unit drying out or under repair cannot be booked.
  • Signed documents stored against the booking rather than in an inbox, which is where they need to be two seasons later when a claim arrives.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work if I only have a few inflatables?
Yes. Plans are priced by how many items are active, and Starter covers up to 25 for $59 a month (C$79 in Canada) with every feature included, so a small fleet gets the same booking website, signed agreements and route planning as a large one. Archived items do not count toward the limit.
Do you have to have a license to rent out inflatables?
There is no national license. Requirements are set state by state and city by city and they genuinely differ: Pennsylvania wants registration, itineraries and inspection affidavits every 30 days, while Florida and California exempt inflatables from their amusement ride rules entirely. Our licensing guide sets out the three layers you have to clear.
How profitable are inflatable rentals?
One standard unit grosses about $10,125 a year at 45 rentals, a combo about $14,062, and a large water slide about $24,750. Those are gross. Fuel, insurance, repairs, cleaning and card processing come out of them, and no published survey establishes the annual net margin for this industry.
Can it handle water slides and dry units differently?
Yes. Items carry their own turnaround time, power and water needs, setup footprint and price tiers, so a water slide that needs a longer dry out between jobs is not offered back to back the way a dry bouncer can be.
Does it help with the wind rule and safety paperwork?
The wind limit and the supervision rules go in the agreement your customer signs, filled from the order, and the delivery acknowledgement records the surface found on arrival. The software does not decide your wind number: that comes from your manufacturer's manual, and our safety guide explains where it comes from.
