- What counts as an active item?
- An item customers can book from your website: a bounce house, a slide, a tent size, a table type. Twenty identical chairs are one item with a quantity of twenty. Items you hide or retire do not count.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. 14 days with every feature, and no card needed to start.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Plans differ only by how many items are active, so moving up as your fleet grows, or down after a slow season, changes nothing about how you work.
- What if I already have a website?
- Keep it. Every plan includes the embeddable catalog, so your rentals and checkout can sit inside the site you already have.
- Is there a Powered by link on my website?
- On Starter and during the trial, yes: a small Powered by Rentopus line in the footer of your booking website. On Pro and Unlimited you can turn it off from the dashboard.
